By placing a reservation with weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. by telephone, fax, email, online on this Site, or in any other manner, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Further, you expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card for all charges related to your reservation.

Website is intended only for residents of the United States. weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. maintains the Site for your personal use and information. By accessing and browsing the Site and placing a reservation, you accept the Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. are superseded and of no force or effect.

CONFIRMATIONS/RATES

• Each part of your reservation will be assigned a unique confirmation number. Each piece of your reservation will have a unique cancellation number if you want to cancel it.
• The initial estimate of the service price as reserved is the rate you are given at the time of booking. Rates may be affected by waiting time, parking, tolls, late fees, extra stops, or phone usage, as well as other factors such as wait times, parking, tolls, parking tolls, early/late cost, different finishes, additional charges, late fees, and other services. As required, applicable taxes will be added to your bill.
• When you make your reservation, a 20% gratuity for the driver will be added to your rate quote. Tolls, a 5% surface transportation fee, and a variable fuel surcharge will also be included.

• Credit cards are subject to authorization within 24 to 48 hours of the reservation to cover the minimum amount due. Please be aware that when using a debit card, your bank will hold your money, and weddinglimoservicenj.com cannot be held responsible for bank policies. Credit cards will be processed after a trip for changes or the final amount due.
• All rates published are subject to change. Reservations are made at the current rates.

FLAT RATE

• weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
• Flat rates for travel between locations where a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at the prevailing weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. hourly rate. C.
• Hourly reservations will be charged a minimum of thirty minutes of travel time per way, plus time spent in the vehicle.
• Fractions of an hour will be rounded to the nearest half-hour.

EXTRA STOPS / WAIT TIME

• Point-to-point reservations will have a wait time of 10 per quarter-hour increment after the grace period.
• weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. can monitor all commercial and corporate flights. All domestic arrivals are allowed a 30-minute grace time, and international arrivals have a 60-minute grace period. Wait time after the grace period will be charged $10 per hour.
• weddinglimoservicenj.com, Inc. does not monitor train schedules. Any passenger arriving on a train delayed more than 15 minutes will be charged for waiting time.
• Extra passengers may be charged additional fees for services or stops. Point-to-point reservations will incur charges of $5.00 to $50.00 for each visit/service.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

• Cancellation of sedans and SUVs within 3 hours of pick-up time will result in a full fee equal to the base price of the trip plus 20% gratuity.
• If the passenger does not arrive at the destination, a “no-show” fee equal to the price of the flight plus 20% gratuity and any applicable waiting time fee will be assessed.
• Weddinglimoservicenj.com is not responsible for service delays or not being rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. weddinglimoservicenj.com does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
• Canceling motor coaches or vans with less than 72 hours notice will incur a minimum charge of $40 per hour.
• Limousine cancellations with less than six hours’ notice will incur a minimum hourly charge.
